Accept Wallet Dispute

Accepts a dispute in the holder's favour, with the outcome and the amount agreed. The dispute moves to accepted.

amount is in minor units of the dispute's currency (e.g. 1250 for 12.50 USD) and cannot exceed the amount the holder claimed.
Accepting records the decision and moves no money. Carry it out with Resolve Wallet Dispute.

Errors

400 VALIDATION_ERROR: outcome is not a known outcome (DISPUTE_OUTCOME_INVALID) or amount is not a whole number of minor units (DISPUTE_INVALID_AMOUNT)
400 DISPUTE_EXCEEDS_CLAIM: amount is more than the holder claimed
409 DISPUTE_NOT_ADJUDICABLE: the dispute is already decided, or Payment Labs has taken it over

What a payor agreed to do about a case they accepted.

Each member names a movement that already exists elsewhere, because a dispute never invents one:
a card refund, a payor-funded wallet credit, or the credit a load was owed and never got.
Accepting RECORDS the choice; executing it is its own slice.

A charge takes wallet-credit; the card outcomes belong to a load.

A decline names no outcome — it carries a reason the holder can read instead.
