Lists every charge attempt (transaction) made on a checkout, successful or not.
Use it to find the transaction to refund, or to see why earlier attempts failed. succeededTransactionId on the checkout
already names the successful one. Returns an empty list when the checkout has no transactions or does not exist.
A transaction is PENDING or PENDING_3DS while in progress, then SUCCEEDED or FAILED. FAILED also covers attempts
whose outcome could not be confirmed; the checkout status (UNKNOWN) tells the two apart.
